Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us with a clear statement (e.g. email: can@selimcan.online). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra costs of a more expensive delivery method you chose), no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, you can return the product within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Email us to start a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order details. Photos can help us investigate. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law and cover necessary return costs for defective or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Return instructions

Contact us before sending a product back so we can provide the appropriate return destination. The company mailing address is not a product return address. This does not limit your statutory rights or require approval to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
