Questions
Which surfaces is it designed for?
The maker designs it for floors, tiles, grout, kitchens, upholstery, fabrics, windows and hard-to-reach spots in the car. In practice it suits detail work: grout lines, the ridge where a hob meets the backsplash, sofa seams or the gaps around car seats. Steam leaves surfaces hot and damp, so try a small hidden area first on anything delicate, finished or heat-sensitive.
What safety features does it have?
Two, according to the maker: it switches off automatically when the water tank is empty, and the top is closed with a safety cap designed to help prevent accidental burns. The steam itself is rated at up to 115 °C (239 °F), so keep the nozzle pointed away from skin, children and pets while you work.
How long before I can start cleaning?
About 3 to 5 minutes after switching on, according to the maker. Fill the 350-ml tank, close the safety cap and wait for the heat-up before pressing the trigger. The 2.9 m power cord gives you room to work along a tiled wall or around a car seat without moving the plug.
What comes in the box?
The steamer comes with 12 accessories, according to the maker, including five nozzles and four brushes. The maker's description does not name the remaining pieces one by one, so we do not list them individually here. In use, you fit a brush when the grout or seam needs scrubbing and a nozzle when you want to direct steam into a gap.
Is it meant for cleaning whole floors?
No, it is a handheld detail cleaner rather than a floor mop. The maker includes floors among suitable surfaces but does not mention a floor pole or mop head, so it works best on areas within comfortable reach: grout, tiles around the bath, kitchen seams and car interiors. For whole rooms, a dedicated steam mop is likely the better fit.
